- Cost is $115 includes buffet. This is a 5 yr Food Manager ServSafe Certificate. Some local health dept will
require an additional fee to register the Certificate with their department such as Austin. We are able to
complete your Austin registration for you. - You are required to bring a government issued photo ID to class (US or foreign drivers license, consulate card,
school ID, passport, permanent resident). No one can be permitted to class without ID - Bring your reading glasses and your sweater.
